PSG-Chelsea 1-1
Chelsea scored a nice goal and then they "parked the bus" which means that you play really defensively. Then PSG "broke" the bus...

We didn't see this match but it was probably intense.

Shakhtar Donetsk-Bayern Münich 0-0
Bayern was dominant the first half but the second half they just collapsed.

Made by the luck of the draw. We have about five 120 minute lessons to finish them. The first lesson was very fun so the probably will be too.

This week on Tuesday it was fettisdagen. In school we got a " semla" which is a bun with almond paste and whipped cream. The bun is made from wheat. It was a celebration bun make from the most expensive things in the 1800.

Week 7

ARN

In Swedish with Patrick we watched a series which  is called Arn. The series is played in the Middle Ages and is about a boy who died when he was young, but then his parents begged God to bring him back. Luckily he survived, but after a while his mom got a blood infection and died. Arn went to school in the church and he learnt how to fight, how to read and also how to write. He grew up there when he was old enough he got his own horse. He met a women called Cecilia and they fell in love, but then Cecilia's sister said that Arn had been with her too. So he got sent to "The Holy Land" to fight. Cecilia was sent to a church to work as a nun and the whole time Arn was gone she thought about him. Then a new women came to that church, and she was about to be the queen. She told Cecilia that Cecilia had a son called Magnus that she didn't know about. Arn came back after a couple of years and when he at last got to meet Cecilia then they weren't allowed to get married, but then some priest came and said that a miracle had happened because Arn had survived and then they got married. "Sverkarna" had the throne and Arn tried to get peace so "Sverkarna" and "Folkätten" went into war and "Folkätten" won but sadly Arn died from a sword cut.

                                                                15 Minutes Nouns
This week we did a investigation about an noun. We had 15 minuets to find fascinating information about a noun. We worked in pairs and  together we used the Internet to find interesting facts about a person place or thing. When the 15 minutes where up we had to do a short but interesting and informative presentation.

 Outdoor gym
Last Friday we had a cold outdoor gym. We warmed up by playing this Indian game. You run around tagging people while your saying kabadi until you loose you're breath. After that we were warmed up a lot we started playing the epic game rugby. We didn't play with dirty tackles we only played with easy tackles. There was one red team and a yellow team I was in the red team and it was really fun.

Age limits on games
This week we talked about age limits on games. A lot of people think that violent games are bad and can affect how you act and think. The other people in the class disagreed and thought that video games could actually be good for you in small doses. The age limits on games are not always accurate and are higher or lower than they should be so that more people will buy them and they will get more money. Usually the games are rated higher because parents do not want there kids playing or seeing violent images.

Heart on schoolyard

Today everyone in the school went out to the school yard standing in a beautiful heart form which  was made by the willing teachers. Thomas, our epic music teacher, who used to be a athletic gym teacher was sitting on a comfortable wooden chair in the middle of the Giant  heart playing on his average accustic guitar. The people standing as the enormous heart were all singing Beatles great song "all you need is love". When we started singing we also held up basic red  paper's so the heart would look hot red.

                                                   OSM - Online Soccer Manager

OSM is a game/app that you can download from the App Store and the Android Store. OSM is a football game where you pic a team and manage the team the way you want. A lot of boys in the class has started playing OSM and we have all joined the same league meaning that we will sometimes play against each other. You can name your stadium whatever you would like and you can upgrade the stadium with for example for fans = money, better grass, and bigger stadium. You can play one game per day at 20:30 although you do not play the match the game simulates it based on the tactics and stat points your team has. You can also play home and away games if you are home for a game all your players gain 3+ stat points and if you are away your team will lose -3 stat points.

                                                Kobe Meat
Kobe meat is the worlds most expensive meat. To be able to be called Kobe meat it has to come from a Japanese steer of the black Tajima-gu breed. The age should be in between 28 to 60 months old to harvest but the average age is 30 to 32 months. In the Japanese farms they treat these cows like kings. The meat comes from the back of the cow. There is a strict protocol that the cow has to pass to be aloud to be called Kobe meat, only 3000 pass every year. This meat has just come to Sweden in a restaurant AG in kungsholmen. It most 2000-5000 kr per kilo, at the restaurant they serve 200 grams of Kobe meat for 1895 kr.

                                                              AVERAGE RATINGS

This week we started working with averages. At the end of every lesson we would rate how good the learning and working environment was. Every student would get a yellow sticky note where we would rate the lesson between 1-5. We would find the average of the lesson by adding all the rates together and then dividing it by the number of students who voted. Then after we have rated every lesson by the learning and working environment we would add all the lessons together and get an average of the day.

                                                                                                                          Class Trip Vote
This week we voted on where we want to go on our class trip in 6th grade. Alex's mum came to our class to talk to us about the options we could vote on. We had two options and they were Gotland and Kloten. In Kloten it is like an outdoor obstacle course. Gotland was similar but we would do other things as well like, go swimming, hiking and some indoor activity.
